Abstract

This long-term initiative explores new models for accessible urban governance through graph neural networks, computer vision, public participation, and service design. It grew from the Zhejiang University Accessibility Association into the Accway innovation team and a coordinated product system spanning intelligent environment detection, crowdsourced feedback, and TouchGO, a travel assistant for visually impaired users. Fieldwork in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Huzhou has engaged more than 100 participants and collected over 5,000 accessibility photographs.
